24 hour fitness tips: Diet +& Fitness

This is just to share with you what i do to keep fit and healthy... I
dont really stick to a diet or fitness regime but i do eat a variety
of foods, drink alot of fruit teas such as peach and lemon and the
biggest fitness tip that i can give you is WALK where you can! Walking
is a great way to lose weight, tone up those legs and get healthy
without the embarressment of doing excercise at home in front of the
family or the expense of going to the gym! Thats all i do anyway :)
