good luck USA, however this training stuff is just to boost hope and stuff. players have to have a strong football club where they can play and train constantly at the highest level, it's no use if they're mediocre and train hardcore. i'm afraid that until the US has a squad made up of players playing in Europe they won't make any progress to the end goal of winning a World Cup.
@Spike00513z err no it doesn't. What kind of exercise you do will work out the corresponding muscle type.
Explosive lifting like olympic lifting, or performing a set at the highest possible weight you can manage for 5 reps will work out primarily fast-twitch muscle fibers.
@SoUThnkUCnDnc dude, USA and west-african football teams are joke. Only North Africa, Europe and Latin America have chance to win. noone is enough dumb to think that africans (west and south) or north americans have even a chance you USA have boring sports as NFL: fat men, with plastic armors running 5 meters and falling on the ground. you call it "EGGball"
